Product Description: TopShield® PRO CLEAR is a moisture-curing, polyether sealant designed for application in damp, dry, or cold climates. TopShield® PRO CLEAR is solvent-free and contains no isocyanates. It will not shrink upon curing and will not out-gas or bubble on damp surfaces as urethane sealants often do. TopShield® PRO CLEAR has resilient elastomeric properties and excellent adhesion to most construction materials. It is capable of joint movement in excess of 25% in both compression and extension. TopShield® PRO CLEAR can be used effectively in many difficult construction site conditions, curing in wet or dry climate conditions and at low temperatures (32°F / 0°C).

Product Description: TopShield® PRO M-1® is a non-sag, moisture-curing hybrid-polymer (STPE) adhesive and sealant. Formulated as a high-performance elastomeric sealant and adhesive, it can be applied in wet and dry conditions and in temperatures as low as 32°F (0°C). M-1® is solvent-free, low-odor, UV stable, and contains no isocyanates. It will not shrink or crack during the curing process, maintaining a waterproof seal and preserving an aesthetic finish.
