The TopShield® PS MAX HT 2.0 Self-Adhered Roof Underlayment is specifically crafted to serve as a secondary water barrier in the construction of sloped roof systems, especially in scenarios demanding enhanced durability and extended exposure periods. It functions as an air, water, and vapor barrier, and it should be exclusively installed over adequately ventilated spaces.
It boasts a premium adhesive formulation with modified bitumen, providing robust protection against elements such as Wind-Driven Rain, Water, Snow, and Ice Damming. The incorporation of Easy Peel Dual Film Technology facilitates a hassle-free underlayment installation by allowing quick and straightforward release liner removal. Proper storage is crucial for maintaining its efficacy; hence PS MAX HT 2.0 should be stored upright in its original cardboard box package, in a dry and properly ventilated area, at temperatures between 40°F and 90°F.
