TopSpec™ #509 All Weather Modified Mastic is a heavy duty commercial grade rubber modified mastic specifically designed to be applied by the professional roofer under all weather conditions, wet or dry. #509 will bond under water for temporary or permanent repairs. #509 All Weather Modified Mastic is specifically designed for use with modified bitumen membranes, base sheets and ply sheets. The modified properties provides excellent adhesion, elongation and recovery characteristics. #509 All Weather Modified Mastic adheres to all surfaces wet or dry. Can be used on all flashings, around skylights, gutters, crevices, seams, flashings and repairs on SBS modified membranes. #509 All Weather Modified Mastic is excellent for repairs on conventional Built Up Roofing membranes where substrate movement is expected to occur.

Specifications
For Use On
- Can be used on all flashings, around skylights, gutters, crevices, seams, flashings and repairs on SBS modified membranes.
- Repairs on conventional Built Up Roofing membranes where substrate movement is expected to occur.
- Recommended Substrate application on BUR, Shingle, Tile , MOD BIT, Concrete and Metal.
- NOTE: DO NOT use on APP, TPO, EPDM, or PVC.
- Surface must be clean and free from rust or any other foreign matter that would interfere with a good bond. For best results in cold weather, store at room temperature for 24 hours prior to application.
